Cancel any time

Cancel your subscription online from Billing in two clicks. You keep access and your remaining credits until the end of the period you paid for; you will not be charged again.

Failed generations

Credits are reserved before a job and only charged for what is delivered. Failed, canceled or blocked jobs return their credits automatically.

EU and UK right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and UK have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from a subscription or credit pack without giving a reason. Because Amondu delivers digital content immediately, at checkout we ask you to agree that the service starts at once; if you then use credits, you keep the right for the unused part and we refund it pro rata. To withdraw, write to legal@amondu.com or use the withdrawal form below.

Model withdrawal form: “To [company], [e-mail]: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [plan or pack], ordered on [date], name, account e-mail, date.”

Other refunds

If something went wrong with a charge, write to legal@amondu.com within 30 days and we will look at it in good faith. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
