Who can use Amondu

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you use Amondu for a business, you accept these terms on its behalf. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity in your workspaces.

Workspace owners decide who joins and what each member can do.

Plans, credits and automatic renewal

Generations are paid with credits. We reserve credits before a job starts and charge only for what was delivered; failed, canceled or blocked jobs are not charged.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. We e-mail you before a yearly renewal and before any price change. You can cancel online at any time from Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Prices are shown before you pay. Taxes (VAT or sales tax) are added where the law requires. Refunds and the EU right of withdrawal are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload. You confirm you have the rights to every garment photo, logo and person you upload, and you give us the license needed to process them to provide the service.

Outputs are yours to use commercially, subject to the rights of third parties in your inputs. Every output carries AI-generated metadata (C2PA and IPTC); free-plan outputs also carry a visible badge. Do not remove these marks where the law requires them.

We do not use your uploads or outputs to train our own models.

Real people

Using a real person's face or identity requires their signed consent inside the platform. We may suspend workspaces that misuse identities.

Acceptable use and notices

You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. We screen prompts and outputs and may block content or suspend workspaces that break it. We tell you why when we restrict your account and you can appeal by replying to that message.

Service and liability

AI output can be imperfect; review it before you publish. We work to keep Amondu available but do not promise uninterrupted service.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the statutory rights of consumers.

Changes, termination and law

We may change these terms; we notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they apply. You can close your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the law of [pending: governing country]. If you are a consumer in the EU you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country and may go to your local courts. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
