How to report content that infringes your rights or is illegal, under the US DMCA and the EU Digital Services Act.

Report illegal content (EU Digital Services Act)

Send a notice to copyright@amondu.com or use the report button on any shared link. Include the link to the content, why you believe it is illegal, your name and e-mail, and a statement that the notice is accurate and made in good faith. We confirm receipt, decide without undue delay and tell both sides the outcome and how to appeal.

Our single point of contact for authorities and users is legal@amondu.com; we communicate in English and Spanish.

DMCA notices (US)

Our designated agent is [pending: DMCA designated agent], copyright@amondu.com. A notice must include your physical or electronic signature, the work you claim is infringed, the content and its location, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

If your content was removed by mistake you can send a counter-notice with the same details and your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court. We terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
